Shared Domicile
For students whose parents or legal guardians do not own or rent their home but live with a family member or friend (shared domicile), please obtain an Initial Shared Domicile Form to be notarized & then presented with required documents to the Residency Investigator or Pupil Personnel Worker (PPW) at the Pupil Personnel Services Office.
